You can exchange your purchased item within 7 days accompanied by an original sales receipt and original packaging of Crochi.
Purchased item can only be exchanged if it is not worn, used, altered, washed or damaged
Purchased items must have all the original Crochi’s tags on.
Your exchange can be coordinated via email (customersupport@thecrochi.com) or you can call us at +923xxxxxxxxxx between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
In case of a discounted price due to a sales promotion, customers are only eligible to make an exchange against the new, discounted price.
Used/misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
You can only make a claim for damaged products within 2 days of purchase. If bought online, damaged products must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Claims and exchanges may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be processed.
No exchange can be made during sales / promotion periods.

If the claim is accepted, a coupon of equal value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.
